Washing

Aircraft washing

Dirty surfaces create additional resistance, making it harder for the aircraft to move through the air. By keeping the exterior clean, the aerodynamic profile of the aircraft is optimised, resulting in smoother airflow and reduced drag, which translates directly into improved fuel efficiency.

Removing sand

De-sanding

Certain geographical areas have dry climates with blowing dust and sand, which quickly form a layer over the entire aircraft. A de-sanding process is needed to reduce surface drag and fuel consumption.

Flushing the engine

Engine flush

Aircraft engines accrue hydrocarbon deposits over time and must be flushed. If not, this leads to lower performance and higher fuel consumption.

Remove snow and ice

De-icing

De-icing and anti-icing remove and prevent snow and ice accumulating on the wings and tail of aircraft. A necessity and requirement for safe flying.

GSE support

Ground support equipment

The facility can wash and de-sand Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and buses, giving customers an efficient and effective maintenance solution.
