What we collect, and why

  • When you contact us by email or phone, we use your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry to answer you and follow up on business dialogue. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) or taking steps towards an agreement (art. 6(1)(b)). We keep this for as long as necessary for the dialogue or as required by law.
  • Technical data. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. This is kept only for a short period.
  • Statistics (only with your consent). If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Embedded maps (only with your consent). The map on our contact page is provided by Google. It is only loaded if you accept external media or click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the website for advertising or profiling.
